Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I was born and raised in Helena, Montana, and went to college in Missoula, Montana. I lived in Oregon for a few years after college before moving back to Missoula. I have three kids—twins who are 18 and a 15-year-old (all boys). I am married to Jerrad Klumph, a fellow Fuelie. I have worked in the hearing aid industry for 23 years.
What do you do at Fuel, and what is the most valuable resource you provide to our members?
I work closely with our hearing aid manufacturing partners to set up accounts and pricing for our members.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
I work very closely with all of our manufacturing partners and Fuel representatives to ensure accounts are set up and everything is running smoothly between Fuel and the hearing aid manufacturers. I enjoy my job and the people I work with at Fuel and at the manufacturers. The people are the best part of my job!
What is your professional background?
I have a degree in accounting and have been working in the hearing aid industry since 1999. I started with Sonus Network when it was based out of Portland, Oregon. I transitioned to Amplifon when Sonus was purchased by Amplifon and stayed with the company until 2009. I then worked for Right Hear, which transitioned to OneSource, until 2015. I then joined Fuel in 2015.
What do you like to do in your free time? Do you have a fun fact about yourself you’d like to share?
I spend most of my free time watching/following my kids’ activities. I also love to be active—running, skiing, hiking, biking. The lake is the best place to be. A fun fact—Brendan Ford hired me back in 1999 to work at Sonus. Shawn Parker was the next to join in on the fun. Great memories!
